Is there a free trial?
We offer an Early Access Test at $19 that lets you track 3 competitors and experience the full dashboard. This is a one-time offer per account.
Do you offer refunds?
If VideoIntelHQ is not the right fit, contact us and we will review the request according to the current terms and account status.
Can I export reports for clients?
Yes. Growth and Agency plans are designed around client-ready report structure and export workflows for agencies managing multiple accounts.
What happens if I exceed my competitor limit?
You will be prompted to upgrade to a higher plan. We do not automatically charge overages.
What counts as an alert?
An alert is a supported change surfaced from real configured source data, such as a newly observed ad or a visible creative change. Alert availability depends on the connected provider; VideoIntelHQ does not fabricate alerts.
Does VideoIntelHQ provide competitor spend or ROAS?
No. VideoIntelHQ organizes public ad research and does not claim private spend, revenue, ROAS, or guaranteed performance data.
