VideoIntelHQ is a SaaS product for competitor video ad research workflows. Because access is delivered digitally, subscriptions are generally non-refundable after account access, usage, saved records, generated summaries, exports, or dashboard activity has occurred.
Billing errors
If you believe you were charged in error, contact support within 7 days of the charge. We will review billing mistakes, duplicate charges, and payment processor issues in good faith.
Cancellations
You may cancel a subscription according to the account or billing portal options available to you. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund prior access or usage.
