Use of the software
VideoIntelHQ provides software for organizing competitor video ad research, public creative signals, hook notes, offer notes, watchlists, alerts, and weekly summaries. You may use the service only in accordance with these terms, applicable laws, and any third-party platform rules that apply to your research workflow.
User responsibilities
You are responsible for your account, workspace content, competitor lists, imported or exported data, reports, and use of any insights. You may not upload confidential, illegal, infringing, private, or unauthorized data. You may not use VideoIntelHQ to harass, impersonate, mislead, spam, violate privacy rights, or violate intellectual property rights.
Prohibited uses
You may not use the service to scrape private data, bypass third-party platform limits, copy competitor creative in a misleading or infringing way, impersonate any ad platform, misrepresent platform affiliation, reverse engineer the service, interfere with security, or use the product for unlawful advertising or outreach activity.
No guaranteed outcomes
VideoIntelHQ helps organize public creative research signals. It does not guarantee ad performance, ROAS, revenue, conversions, sales, approvals, growth, or campaign outcomes. Research outputs are planning inputs and must be reviewed by your team before use.
Billing, subscriptions, and cancellation
Paid plans may be billed through Stripe or another payment provider. Subscription terms, pricing, plan limits, and cancellation options are shown on the pricing page or during checkout. You are responsible for keeping billing information current.
Third-party services
The site and product may rely on hosting, analytics, payment, database, email, and public-data infrastructure providers. Platform names such as Meta, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google belong to their respective owners. VideoIntelHQ is an independent tool and does not claim official partnership with those platforms unless expressly stated in writing.
Limitation of liability
VideoIntelHQ is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wade Digital and VideoIntelHQ are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the site or software.
