2. Service Description
VideoIntelHQ provides competitor video ad intelligence by monitoring publicly available creative data. The service aggregates signals from observed creative patterns and spend indicators. VideoIntelHQ is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be 18 or older to create an account.
4. Payment and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use VideoIntelHQ for any unlawful purpose or to harass, harm, or violate the rights of others. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform.
6. Limitation of Liability
VideoIntelHQ is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of competitor intelligence data. Spend signals are directional estimates, not exact figures.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
