If you subscribe to a paid plan, subscription and billing data is processed through our payment provider. We may also process competitor watchlists, campaign notes, saved creative records, imported or exported files, alert settings, dashboard usage, and technical data such as device, browser, IP address, referrer, and approximate location.
How we use information
We use information to operate VideoIntelHQ, provide competitor video ad monitoring workflows, maintain watchlists, generate dashboard views and reports, process billing, respond to support requests, improve product quality, prevent abuse, and communicate important account or service updates.
Analytics, cookies, and advertising
We may use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality, analytics, fraud prevention, and product improvement. We may use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site behavior. Competitor and campaign data

VideoIntelHQ is intended for organizing public creative research signals, not private or unauthorized data.
